Owning a pair of stylish rain boots is a must when you are moving to a city known for it's constant downfalls. I came across the two images above during my search for ways to make your rain boots look stylish. It seems that pairing a hip length jacket, short dress, bare legs and a pair of your favourite rain boots (mine are hunters) is the way to go.
