I was sitting in what was formerly known as my apartment and is now referred to as the sauna (it was a scorching 30 degrees here in Montreal today) and thought to myself I wish I could be eating something fresh and light tonight. Unfortunately I have two full days left in the city so my fridge and cupboards are pretty understocked. Although I am unable to make these delicious looking tacos tonight they are definitely going on my to make list. Just because I am understocked doesn't mean you can't give this recipe a try so I'll forward you on over to sprouted kitchen for the recipe.
