It was my first time cooking in my new condo with my new dishes...etc. and I simply had to document the event. I decided to make a greek salad with toasted whole wheat pita and of course I treated my self to a few glasses of white wine to celebrate the event. The recipe is above if you want to give it a shot. I didn't make the full size, I just followed the ingredients and put in however much I felt like for each ingredient. The dishes and table runner are all from Anthropologie and the wine is stoneboat (which has become one of my favourites along with burrowing owl) which our lovely real estate agent Soriah provided us with as a house warming present.
